Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes with vanilla and coconut notes with some adjunct notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and vanilla/coconut notes with residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with not really any discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable BA pastry stout.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation with some warm alcohol notes distinguishable. Enjoyable quadrupel NEIPA with a nice balance of flavours but a tad too much alcohol is showing.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good carbonation and some lacing. Aroma of smoked malt with some caramelized malt notes. Taste is a great mix of smoked malt with some caramelized malt with light residual sugar notes.Body is full for style with good carbonation. Great smoked beer with high drinkability but smoked notes could have been more dominant.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a big creamy whitish head, good retention and thick, foamy patches of lacing. Citrus, tropical fruits in the nose with some bitterness, blending a bit of alcohol with the grassiness. This last one seems to disappear, leaving a big, fruity-juicy nose. The mouthfeel is lightly creamy, not as thick, but slick and a mild dryness appears slowly. All flavours are well-blended with nothing sticking out too much. Citrusy, tropical-stone fruity and hints of white wine grapes - all with the alcohol being very well-hidden. A very smooth, dangerous, juicy Triple NEIPA with amazing drinkability.

Kolor złoty, klarowny. Piana biała, zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków, jest wysoka, trwała, delikatnie "maluje" na szkle.
Aromat chmielowy - słodki owocowy, lekko żywiczny i delikatnie słodowy. Intensywność aromatu określiłbym na poziomie średnio wysokim.
Smak wytrawny, chmielowa goryczka ma charakter żywiczny nieco pikantny, jest wyraźna - bo to ona jest wiodąca, średnio długa, umiarkowanie wysoka. W tle bardzo delikatna kwaśność.
Wysycenie średnie w dół. Tekstura gładka, śliska. Ciało wysokie, pełne. Posmak długi, wytrawny z kwaskowym finiszem.

Comme son nom l’indique, ce houblon nous procure des arômes de pêche et de nectarine bien perceptibles.
Des accents de zeste d’’agrumes assez importants s’insèrent dans la palette donnant même une sensation de cuir brulé.
L’alcool est également assez ressenti.
Mousse épaisse et bien formée sur liquide jaune et flou.
En entrée de bouche, un fruité sucré aux allures de pêche et de nectarine bien évidemment.
Le zeste est beaucoup moins présent et la sensation de cuir brulé aussi.
De subtiles notes de pamplemousse et de lime occupent l’arrière-plan.
L’environnement malté sucré est important et apporte une enveloppe agréable au fruité du houblon.
Belle découverte que ce houblon Peacharine.
NEIPA un peu plus sucrée que les autres.

Gul uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukt og havre. Fruktig og noe bitter. Smaker sydhavsfrukt, lys stenfrukt, laktose og blomster. Middels lang.

Des notes de pèche confite ressemblant à de petits bonbons surets.
Des accents de banane, de melon, de noix de coco.
Un olfactif assez original.
Liquide jaune clair et flou couvert d’une mousse moyennement abondante et assez tenace.
En bouche, c’est un fruité à saveur de banane, d’ananas et de pèche confites avec des accents de noix de coco et d’orange.
On est en présence d’un fruité assez bonbon, à la limite du caramélisé.
La base sucrée est très importante et confère un caractère bien distinctif à ce houblon.
L’absence de caractère ‘’zesté’ ’n’est pas sans me plaire.
Une bière fruitée bonbon, qui est somme toute assez complexe.
Assez appréciée !

Un olfactif bien tropical avec des fruits à noyau (poire, pèche), de la mangue et de l’ananas.
Liquide jaune et opaque avec une mousse d’épaisseur moyenne qui se maintient assez bien.
Pèche et mangue en évidence en bouche.
Subtiles notes d’oranges et d’ananas.
Dans l’ensemble, le profil gustatif est définitivement fruité mais sans cet arrière-goût de zeste d’agrumes que l’on retrouve presque toujours dans ce style de bière.
Ce qui n’est pas pour me déplaire.
Et aussi d’augmenter les chances de me réconcilier avec le style.
