Diese Erleuchtung in der Nacht 🎆 ist ein ziemlich hartes, hopfiges NEIPA, das aber im Abgang eine etwas weichere Seite ausspielt.
Es ist etwas schwer zu trinken, aber wenn amn sich darauf einlässt, bekommet man ein aromatisches ganzes, das aber nicht immer sehr freundlich ist.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with fruity esters, light cloves, light grassy hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, not much hops, grapefruit, OK.

A red copper ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, treacle, light butterscotch, pleasant.

A: cloudy yellow, stable, small, foamy, white head.
A: canned pineapple, lychee, ripe grape, sherbet, moist white pepper.
T: sweet grape & pineapple, sherbet, dough, shallot.
F: peppery hops, some bitter citrus pith, soft hop burn, softly warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Quite hefty on both sides of the taste spectrum. Enjoyable nonetheless.
