Description
In 1728, Aspall was founded by Clement Chevallier in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk. While all around him were growing cereals, he chose to plant apple trees. Almost 300 years on, we’re still going against the grain, making remarkable cyder & cyder vinegars at the original Aspall Cyder House.

Sampled @ THT July 2018. Must admit, I was nearly drunk when I tried this. Notes are barely half of a rating, they only say: Clear golden color, average sized quickly disappearing white head. Smell and taste apple, average sweetness. Must re-rate when possible.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp yellow with no foam. Aroma is fruity of apple but not much, and grapes. Body is average with abundant carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet but with a hint of sour balancing everything. Finish is fairly long and sweet.

Very light yellow liquid, pours with minimal head that is gone in a second. Aroma is sweet apples but not too sweet. Flavour is apple lightness and a dry finish. ABV is well hidden. This is quite nice to drink if not very complex at all.

Just a bit of foam on top of a very yellow apple juice body, tiny bubbles of carbonation going up. Aroma is soft apple like white wine, slight fruitiness but no excessive sweetness. Flavour is soft apples, subdued and not bitter, slight sweetness. Medium on the mouth, not too heavy. This is a nice subtle cider.

330ml bottle watching Nine Inch Nails @ Royal Albert Hall. Pours deep purple. Aroma has assorted berry syrup. Taste moderately sweet, crisp carbonation, a touch vinegary almost, reliant on a sweet berry character. Its ok i guess.
