Bottle thanks to Will! Pours a cloudy orange with thick white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is habanero peppers, pepper, and fruit. Medium mouthfeel with agave, peppers, and fruit. Not too much heat, easy to drink, very good.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy pink grapefruit with a frothy white head. Sugary berries in the nose, some melon, dough. Light sweet flavor with lots of jammy fruits, melon, light cherry, grapefruit. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some further jammy fruits, orange, melon, moderate tartness. Nice.

Bottle thanks to big man Leighton. It pours hazy rose-pink with small white head. The nose is soft, red grapefruit, watermelon, blood orange, light acidity, sherbet and barnyard. The taste is sherbet, spritzy, pomello, blood orange, mild acidity, barnyard, wood and earth with a dry, faintly tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth, balanced and very balanced. Subtle by these guys standards.

Light sweet flavor with assertive tart berries, mild sweat, some funk. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, a bit of pale bread, some lightly plastic fruits, sweaty berries. Not bad.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours pale, hazy yellow with a foamy white head. The nose has tangy lemon. Light sweet flavor and heavily acidic, some tart lemons, grass. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Burning acidic finish, more lemons, notes of plastic. A bit harsh and aggressive. I still managed to down a half bottle.

The taste is crisp, tart finish, berry skin, lemon sherbet, light acidic, wood, tang, vinous and berry skin with a dry, acidic finish. Medium and prickly carbonation. Perhaps a it acidic, but way better than the somer.

The taste is harsh, massive acidity, straight lemon juice, sherbet, vinegar, wood and more acid. Intense lemony acid action. Damn it burns..... Aggressive stuff!

Very murky caramel brown body has a medium-sized off-white head atop. Retention is moderate. I don’t understand how the appearance varies on the beers in the series so greatly. I had assumed they were the same malt bill with the differing single hop, but that dosent seem to be the case, as this one is much darker.
Very interesting mix of lime, apple, cherry, lychee, apricot and so on in the nose. Some earthier, lightly sweet caramel malt notes and no way to differentiate esters from hop aromatics. Quite perfumey and piquant yet not overly acidic. Strange hop, but pretty interesting and a nice change of pace from the beat-you-over-the-head-with-resin that was galaxy and to some degree cascade.
Very comforting, nearly chewy texture, probably no doubt in part due to the thick amount of sediment in suspsension. More of the unique flavor with the unusual interplay of caramel, apricot, peach, apple and some lightly acidic almost over-ripe fruit notes. More maltiness on the finish, but the bitterness is there too, leaving it pretty well-balanced. Somewhat more watery than the previous two I’ve had, lending a bit lighter of a body. A bit of bland, nutty yeastiness, dirtiness/earthiness from all this sediment. "Rustic", you might say.
