375ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma is tart apples, some spices. Taste is similar, very sweet. Nice.

Light gold. Nice, rich apple and sugars, light spiciness. Rich spice, cinnamon...nice rich spiciness, with a fair amount of sugars. Light acidity in the finish lends balance. Excellent.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden yellow. Aroma brings out candied sugar, candied apples, some toffee and green apples. Flavour is a bit alcoholic, with candied apples, green apples, and a touch of brown sugar. A bit alcoholic, with a green apple and brown sugar finish. Very good.

On tap at Lost Nation, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out a fairly dry apple character, with gentle acidity. Flavour is crisp, with dry apple skins, gentle acidity and just a hint of sweetness. Crisp and bright, but nothing special.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place 03/02/2018. A clear yellow gold coloured pour with a h=fine white head. halo of white head. Aroma i s sweet apple, light cinamon, sharp, Flavour is composed of sharp apple, medium sweet,m lemon, toffee, syrupy, . Lovely. Sticky sweet,. Lovely.

Bottle big thanks to LKS. It pours with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet tangy juicy, concentrate, apple, pear, melon, bright, musty, earthy and gooseberry. The taste is slick, sweet, loads of golden delicious, tangy, honey cake, apple sauce, some acidity, alcohol tang and sweet oily action Full body, low carbonation and heavy/oily mouth-feel. Something about this is very intense. Fun, but punchy.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up in VT. Pours clear, light yellow. Wonderful aroma, tons of jammy ripe apples, honey. Medium to big sweet flavour, all pure apple juice, a little cotton candy, a little dryness. Full bodied, oily and lightly chewy. Warming finish, lots of ripe and jammy apples, a little honey, pale bread. So rich, with a little dryness. Outstanding.

750ml swing-top bottle I picked up at a little bottle shop in Rochester. Pours a totally clear yellow with zero head. This thing looks like pool water. Nose has a lot of raw wood shavings, vanilla, apples, a little cheese. Flavor is sweet apple juice, spice, vanilla, some wood. Sticky finish.
