Description
Formerly London Fields Brewery. Brewing restarted at the site under new ownership as Saint Monday Brewery in August 2023. Owned by Grace Land, a small pub operating group. No cask, but a wide range of tank, keg and bottled/canned beers, both brewed here and guests, including quality Belgian and German beers.

Keg at the Black Heart, Camden, 30/05/2025.
Golden blonde topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is pale malts, straw, bread dough, herb.
Taste comprises cereals, pale malts, toasted grains, lime nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad.

Hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap.
Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, pine nibble, ripe melon.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, dank chimes, mixed tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.

Almost clear orange to amber topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange zest, grass, ripe melon, papaya.
Taste comprises melon, mandarin, tangerine, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juice laden hop bitterness.
Decent enough APA.

Half pint from the keg at the brewpub. Pours brown with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, dark cocoa, dark bread & malt. Dry finish. Enjoyable
