Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, tropical fruits and some grapefruit tones. Flavour contains pretty much the same elements as the aroma, but in a quite fresh way.

Bottle provided by Lander - many thanks! Hazy orange, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe plum, apricot, apple, banana, clove, honey, vague cooked ham. Taste has very sweet apricot, plum & apple, spicy-phenolic clove over honey maltiness, a bit yeasty. Floral hoppy finish, bit peppery too, lingering ripe fruit, honey & warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Plain good but quite sweet.

Bottle courtesy of Ernesto D. Il gusto al naso approda al cioccolato e caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta ed è di color ocra. Le bollicine sono fini. Il colore del liquido è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma riporta sentori di miele, biscotto, cioccolato, caffè e liquirizia.
