Keg at the Taps, Beaconsfield. Hazy dirty gold colour with a lasting white head. Ooh, this is a good one. Tropical up front - pineapple and mango - against a citrus base of orange and lemon. A light touch of dank grass in the finish. Lovely fresh hops dance in the aftertaste. So, so easy to drink and very moreish, which makes it a dangerous brew at this strength. Lovely stuff from what is a new brewery to me - I'll have to try more of theirs.

Keg at Kerrera, Guildford. Aroma is malty, grainy, with a vinous edge. Opaque amber. Thin creamy white head sticks to the rim. Flava mirrors the aroma. Big malts. Grainy. Resinous streak. Medium bitter. Peripheral jammy sweetness. Light. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Not up.there in bitterness but certainly dry. Nice.

Draught, flight at Indie Rabble Brewery and Taproom. Shared with Finn. Creamy white head with fine duration, upper part lacing on the glass. Opaque golden body. Fresh fruity smell of orange and pineapple. Citrus up front to the taste profile, joined by peaches. Rather sweet fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Decent. (Windsor, 17.03.2024).

Cask ale, flight at Indie Rabble Brewery and Taproom. Shared with Finn. Spotty lacing from a covering fawn-coloured head, close to clear brownish body. Lightly roasted aromas, caramel and dried fruits. Quite nice blend of liquorice, brown malts and prunes to the taste character. Rounded ending, smoothly roasted. Easy to drink, short. Just okay (Windsor, 17.03.2024).

Draught, flight at Indie Rabble Brewery and Taproom. Shared with Finn. Pinkish head over a clear, dark reddish body, poor lacing. Modest smell of berry skins. Cherry taste alright, hints of dried fruits, semi tart. A bit jam-like finish. Fair enough. (Windsor, 17.03.2024).
