[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A dark chestnut coloured pour with a loose cream coloured head; aroma of malt and hay; earthy taste with some sweet malts followed by a touch of hospital disinfectant; then a caramel hazelnut finish. A satisfying pint.

Fra cask på The Lyric: klar rødlig kobbergylden med utmerket skumkrone som varer. Fruktig, sprek og elegant. En fin bitter i klassisk engelsk stil, så mersmaken følger automatisk med.

Keg at Beaconsfield Taps, 21/11/2025.
Clear golden blonde topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is crisp malts, toasted grains, orange peel, lemon rind.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grass, orange zest, herb, toasted malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with modest grass laden hop bitterness.
So so ... rather bland and lacking ... expected more from this collab.
