750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out light spiciness, a touch of herbal mushrooms, and dry apples. Flavour brings out a mix of spices and apples, with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg upfront, followed by medium-dry apples. Quite a lot of depth to this. Medium complex and highly drinkable. Very nice stuff.

750 mL bottle pour split. Pours a shiny pure gold color. Aroma of honey, spices, and warm apples. Cinnamon, apples, and brown sugar powered flavor, and very nicely done. Can’t believe this is so high in abv. Drinks easy. Wow. Awesome stuff.

Bottle - Warm dark sugars and spices. Clear gold. Spices, cinnamon, clove and some nutmeg along with apples. Like an apple turnover. Although heavy on spice a surprisingly light finish with only the hint of spices lingering.

Bottle - Sweet, slightly boozy apple and apricot. Orange gold. Very sweet orange syrup, apple and a sweet and light tart finish. Very sweet and syrupy, the orange and peach notes give it an artificial taste to me.

Bottle - Boozy alcohol and dark berries. Deep clear ruby. Dark berries, alcohol hits the sinuses and leaves a long sweet Berry finish. I like this, but find the alcohol is a bit much and takes away from any subtlety.

Bottle - Sweet and tart Apple. Pale yellow gold. Very tart, almost vinegar like and a dry finish. As a sour fan I can appreciate this, but not sure it work in a cider setting.

Bottle from a trade. Golden colour. Aroma of tart apples (Reinette)and some honey. Very fruity and tart. Sweet finish. Very well balanced. Very good ice cider!

Bottle. Pours a straw color with lots if carbonation. Aromas of apple pie. Flavors of fresh crisp golden apples and a little champagne. Simple but intense and really nice.
