On tap at Sea Cider. Pours clear deep gold. Caramelized apples and a good hit of rum on the nose. Flavour has dry apple skins, gentle caramelization, and a surprisingly subtle amber rum character; the spiced character from the rum complements the apple very well. Rum is an aggressive barrel, but they pulled this off very well.

On tap at Sea Cider. Pours a clear, very pale blonde. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice with a touch of candied apples on the nose. Flavour has a nice blend of winter spices, allspice coming out on top; candied apples, slightly dry. ABV is only betrayed by the hit of sugars as it goes down. Very nicely done.

On tap at Sea Cider. Pours clear pale blonde. Loads of candied ginger and a touch of pear skins on the nose. Flavour has a very nice blend of candied ginger and dry pear skins; I suspect other spices as well, but very much in a supporting role. This was very well-executed.

On tap at Sea Cider. Pours a clear, very pale blonde. Nose is quite herbal with notes of pine, musty apples, and very light hints of tropical fruit. Flavour has semi-dry apples, skins, plenty of resinous fir needles, and a floral hop character. Interesting and well-executed.

750 ml bottle. Pours a dark orangey pink. Aromas of tart red berries and apples. Flavors of sugary red berries and apples. Nice carbonation. Surprisingly good. Carbonation cuts the sweetness with apples prominent.

Aroma of sweet tart apples, light floral honey notes, and some slight sweet pears too. Solid mouth feel, and good carb. Tart finish, apples skins and fresh apple flesh. Nice stuff.
