Aroma: thick milk chocolate, dark chocolate, maple syrup, sweet coffee tones, rossty coffee tones and sweet cream
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas to a stellar sweet and roasty combination; finishes sweet and roasty
Texture: medium bodied - maybe just a touch more; great sipper. Extremely smooth along the tongue to the point of being velvety.
Overall: an absolutely awesome impy stout I would very much welcome again.

Aroma: danky, black pepper, oniony, subtle pineapple, lime zest, pine, light green apple and mangoes; super light malts
Flavor: takes the aromas and blends fully into an awesome fruit juicy and spicy bittersweet quality; finishes with the lime zest and fruity
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; very smooth along the tongue, great low carb, some dryness
Overall: an extremely well done NEDIPA very worthy of returning to.

Aroma: tangerines, pine, danky, floral and apricot hop tones with some clean doughy malts
Flavor: bittersweet with a zippy hop spice intertwining and showing it's juiciness; finishes tangerine-y, floral and piney
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue but that zippy hop spice comes back to provide some bitterness I wasn't necessarily expecting
Overall: a very nicely done session IPA despite the body being a bit bigger than expected. Beggars shouldn't be choosers so I'm still extremely grateful.

Aroma: citrusy, bananas, strawberries, subtle danky character, sweet onions, and a light clean maltiness
Flavor: blends all of those prior noted aromas to an elegant soothing bittersweet character; finishes mostly with the bananas, more of mixed berry and subtle onions
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; very smooth on the tongue, light bitterness
Overall: of course I would return to this

Aroma: guava, mango, pine and pineapple in the hops; subtle danky with a nice doughy malt backing
Flavor: bittersweet juice, pure and full of the prior noted aromas; finishes bittersweet juicy with the dankiness and slightly coming off as oniony sweet
Texture: medium to full bodied, great sipper! Great low carb, smooth along the tongue
Overall: absolutely lovely NEDIPA very very worthy of more pours.

Right away this smells like the most classic, straightforward of the the three thus far; typical Citra-like notes of mango and fresh citrus with a very fruity, estery yeast and fluffy, honey-like malt to easily balance. Touch of pine, touch of caramel, no resin or alcohol noted.
Unsurprisingly, it is similar in flavor, with typical mango and citrus notes and maybe a bit of woodiness and light pine. Rich, honey-like malts with a hint of graham cracker up front, drying out nicely on the finish with no alcohol or resin noted. Like the previous two, this is also neither too syrupy or sweet. With more warming/breathing, I'm getting a very robust bitterness emerging and more pine, which I think works nicely against the fluffy, rich malts.

Funny how incredibly well-done these are, but TH's recent string of 10%+ beers have had very mixed results.
