Pours a hazy, orange-gold, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is sweet, juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish. Really good.

Some spicy Mosaic and Chinook also give a bit of floral character. Touch of woodiness/pine from the Simcoe. Has the WC hop character but it's all softened by the NE yeast and malt treatment, taking a big edge off and giving fruitiness and fluffiness.
Nice bitterness up front, asserting that it's not just another NEIPA. Doesn't go overboard and the malt doesn't show any gross toast or heavy caramel. Perhaps the caramel/crystal malt in the grist does contribute to a bit less body than normal for a TH IPA, as bookman contends. Certainly not egregious/problematic or anything. Ending with floral/perfume/wood notes that continue to give WC vibes and with a healthy dose of bitterness. Soft and fluffy malt with soft, fruity yeast bring it back to NE territory. A fine mashup, though mostly just an NEIPA with a fair bit more bittering hop. Not the most interesting/expressive hop character, which usually is the highlight of a TH IPA.

Half pour in Saratoga Springs Springs. Opaque orange juice with nice head, good retention and rings of soapy lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, mango, hint of herb, orange. Taste is strong mango, mild herb, grapefruit and citrus. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, dry, yeasty finish as taste.

Where #1 was more dry, malt-forward, and had a healthy mix of bittering hop and tropical hops, this one right away gives me big yeast vibes in the nose. That typical vanilla-and-huge-fruity-ester, maybe not quite at bubble gum-like levels. Definitely some big citrusy hop behind it, but also a bit of pine-like character with healthy acidity. Whatever the case, it's malty and rich with no alcohol or resin. Lots of luscious honey and white bread-like malt sweetness.
Ohhhh, that's nice! A quick dash of watermelon-like character backed by soft, supple honey-like malt that isn't too sweet. Citrus bitterness with a pine-like edge to it, immediately balances. If #1 was a bit more unique and interesting, it's hard to deny how compelling the watermelon character is here (one of my favorite notes in their IPAs, when it appears). Wish the nose wasn't so vanilla-and-fruity-yeast dominated, but flavor is exquisite here, as well as the balance. And zero alcohol noted.

Never has a beer been less-aptly named. I'm not tasting or smelling anything lemon-related in this. Instead, there's a whole lot of butterscotch, in both aroma and flavor. Seems like a flop.

Blik gedeeld door Keukenman, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van harsige hop. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, hoppig en licht harsig.

750ml wax dipped bottle Poured a very black oil color, no head at all. Aroma was big cinnamon, dark fruit, sugar. Whiskey, cinnamon, smooth with a little bit of booze to this one.

750ml waxed bottle pours an oily black, no head. Molasses and huge cinnamon and all spice nose. Caramel. Flavor has applejack whiskey, ginger arrives, malt, cola. Huge spice and booze on the end.
