18/11/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Bit of a gusher. Pours slightly hazy straw gold with a modest off-white head. Aroma is flowery, citrus, passion fruit, lime, unripened mango, touch of white wine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a slight spicy tart edge. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft carbonation. Light tart fruity finish. Nice hop combo, one of the more enjoyable 8 Sail beers I've had.

17/10/2020. Bottle at the Lublin SoN beer share, from Beers of Europe. Opened with a half-hearted (and not unexpected) gush. Poured clear pale gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, grain, sweet malt, grassy hops and touch of herb. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Well above the 8 Sail average.

11/9/2020. Bottle at the Gorzow GP bottle-share, from Beers of Europe. Pours clear amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is tropical, floral and herbal. Moderate sweetness, light sourness. Moderate body, bit watery, soft carbonation. Aroma was ok but sourness made it less appealing.

Minimal off white head left a collar on @ reddish brown still body. Spicy red berry aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with lighter clean back. Red berries, slightly sour, lightly hopped, rye & pale malt tastes. All a bit mixed up.
