Panda, courtesy of SaltyGrog, pours with a clear copper colored body that supports an off white head. The aroma offers up inviting dripping fatty brisket love as well as a sense of smoking wood. The taste delivers, thankfully, similar notes where I'm getting highly marbled medium rare ribeye rather than the typical, as amazing though, smokie pork. To midway is found modestly sweet crystal malts just as the smokie wood character moves forward. I dig it and would even prefer a larger smoke presence in the flavor. The aroma is pretty well spot on. Fun beer.

16oz can that i drank from the can. Gonna guess it was dark. Nose has malt and cocoa powder, some vanilla and plenty of coffee bean. Flavor has coffee and malt and black licorice. Vanilla fades a pinch and not in a bad way. There's also dried blueberry or something. Full, sticky but not overly sweet. Right body. Well made.

Cask at GBBF 25. Slightly opaque amber. Frothy foamy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly sour. Candy sugar. Chewy doughy malts. Flavourwise it has a sour citrusy streak over sweeter candied fruit and malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long rather dry and slightly astringent finish. Very pleasent.

16 oz can, thanks to willrunforbeer! Aroma soft hops and acid. Very mild sour kick in aroma and flavor. Cracker malt base with a soft vegetable hint. This style of brew really isnβt my thing.

Undated can shared by Willrunforbeer on 10/19/24. Clear, bronze-brass. Small head to edge quickly. Clean, not punchy lacto with juicy citrus and light tropical character. Biscuity, earthy, juicy and with a strong lactic character. Almost a vegetal character but not in a bad way. Juicy, hoppy, bright and lightly bitter. Balanced, but with a bit more vegetal character than I'd prefer.
