Aromas are smoke, malt and toffee. Flavors are similar to nose and sweet smoky. Body is a bit light as is carbonation. If you like smokey beers then this has got to be your thing. But it's not mine. Just a matter of preference.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear amber with a moderate tan head that left rapidly. Aroma of light toffee and florals. Med body. Malty but well balanced with bitter. Flavor is the aroma with something providing a light spiciness. Guess that's the Bramling. Good stuff.

Undated can drunk 8/20/26.
Smells nice and kolschy but with an addition of nutty, rich wheat. Love Cashmere hops, but dont get any of that, or really much hop at all, but probably for the best. When making a kolsch weisse, you gotta lean in to the yeast and wheat.
Adjunct adds good complexity and augments the flavor without dominating. Soft, nutty, chewy, substantial and satisfying while having a lovely yeast signature. None of the bubble gum and potential clove, as a result. Yet all of the delicious cereals and light herbal notes. Rich and malty, incredibly flavorful, but dry, drinkable and quenching. Classic Bizarre.

Undated can drunk 8/20/26.
Lightly fruity, not too phenolic Belgian yeast with a slight earthiness and fruitiness from a tasteful coffee addition. No tannin nor too much acidity. Despite its size, I still get some good malt character (honey, cookie).
Malty and balanced with fruity yeast and fruity coffee. Love the coffee treatment here. Almost no roast. Just fruit and earth with a bit of peppery bitterness that works with the hops, too. Incredibly drinkable and tons of flavor for its size.

Canned 2/3/26, drunk 8/9/26.
Just have to say, these guys are probably my favorite brewery in the last year AND naming a beer after this incredible (though extremely challenging) album. Love it.
Pretty forward dark malt here, outdoes the rice and hop, though doesn't take it too far, I don't think. Mineral, ash, cocoa...very rich, as it should be for one of the strongest beers they make.
Soft base malt/rice sweetness with chocolate/dusty cocoa throughout. Like the aroma, you can tell they went pretty hard on the dark malts. That said, it's not burnt/stale/tannic. Tastes almost stout-like but for the lack of fruitiness. Bit of toasted rice on the end and maybe a dab of herbal, grassy hop. Somehow this feels like it has less flavor than most of their 4% abv beers. Or maybe just the relative lack of complexity, given the somewhat dominant dark malt. Gets a bit unbalanced (sweet) as it warms.
