Bottle, 5.2%. Refreshing hop aroma, hint of chalk. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is malty, has a little soapy note. Papery finish, also getting a little grainy.

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild lagery aroma, hint of spice. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is slightly thin. There is a hint of spice like in a Hefeweizen, but the flavour also a bit watery. Especially the mouthfeel suffers from the filtration. But all to be expected from this style.

Bottle. Dark brown clouds, nice brown cream. Rye bread and roasted banana aroma. Berries, spices and chocolate appear in the favor. Medium body, sparkly. gingerbread aftertaste, light metallic grain note retronsasal. Tasty Dunkelweizen - give it a bit more oomph and it would be a exellent Weizenbock.

Bottle. Golden, busy carbonation, off-white cream. Very light citrus nose, fruity (apple. banana) and bready base. Chewy, relatively fullbodied despite the bubbles. Quick green apple finish. A bit strange, but quite refreshing.

Bottle. Pale golden, creamy head. Light leafy aromatic aroma. Nice aromatics all the way through - in the flowery perfumed corner. Medium to light chewy body, sparkly mouthfeel. Citric hops retronasal. Fairly close to the zwickel pils.

Zwickel implies yeast - not much in my bottle: Pale golden with a rocky white head, light hazy if you really swirl it. Flowery aromatic hop nose. Godd hop profile: starts grassy, light flowers, a hint honey - on a lean yet chewy bready base. Mellow mouthfeel. Aromatic hops retronasal.

Bottle. Grainy nose. Golden, solid white cream, fine restrained carbonation. Hay and straw malt base, müslibier, good grassy balance though. Chewy, mellow mothfeel. Fairly landbierish.

Bügelverschlußflasche von Quack-Duck. Pale golden, hazy, big fluffy - slowly collapsing - rocky white head. Sweet pale malt, but mainly dry aromatic hops in the nose. Moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, creamy MF. Lingering hoppy and malty finish with a light fruitiness underneath. A very pleasant Zwickel......
