200ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) shared with Ryan. Maybe 2021 vintage based on the back sticker on the bottle. Side by side with Neige Premiere 2014. Appearance: a bit hazy copper with no head, Aroma: nice and balanced red apples' sweetness and acidity. Less sharp than Neige Premiere, though. Taste: along the same lines, nicely sweet and acidic red apples, caramel, lots of tannins, apple skins and seeds. Overall: very nice, but it feels at this point less sophisticated than Neige Premiere. I suppose these products should better not be compared, so I am adding the 0.1 point to the overall to be more objective.

Poured from 200mL bottle (stamped 2021). Hazed orangey brown with no head. Stewed apple, mild brown sugars, quite enjoyable, but could have a touch more depth here.

Bottled at the RBESG 23, again, huge thanks Gene! Pale yellow body, traces of a white head. Fermented pear notes in the aroma. Sour taste, wine, pear, funky, sweetish, dusty notes, pleasant carbonation. Odd for ice anything, would never guess it's an ice perry other by the ABV, but a fun drink and really glad to have tried it!

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Hazy. Med-high sweetness, but balanced over time by medium tartness, med-light sourness, light sweetness. Rich apple character, feels very pleasant, natural. Overall great, tasty.
