2011 vintage @ 11 ABV . Pours rather dark blonde . Smell is applejuice, sweet and thick as it should be . Taste is thcik, sweet, applesauce , very damn nice once again bit sharp , some boozy aspect . We have a winner !

Bottle at DadsThursday. Pours orange amber. Nose and taste of frozen apple, brown sugar, sugared apple and light apple acidity. Smooth. Full bodied.

A cognac like cider with aroma of cooked apples, maple and strawberries, very nice. In mouth, a clean caramel apple taste with burned sugar, maple, alcohol warmth lingering. My favorite at Mondial des cidres de glace, Feb. 12 2011.

FRO throwdown: And my 2nd ice cider (of the day and ever). More tightly focused sweet apple pie, really good dessert apple. Nice but not an explosion of awesome.
