Keg at BCBF 2024. Pours light hazed pale gold with white foam. Citrus, pine, resinous. Very light, tastes under it's ABV. Towards dry on the palate. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery. Pours clear, vibrant pink-red with a fizzy, fading pink foam head. Light sweet flavour with mellow tartness, dry and seedy raspberry, a little lemony acidity. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing, tart finish, bright raspberry/generic berry twang. Not much depth but quite easy-drinking.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom. Pours lightly hazed yellow with a lasting, creamy white topping. Light sweet flavour with fresh pale malts, some dry piney hops, lemon peel, biscuit, crunchy cereal grain. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and balanced finish, more fresh hop, fresh grain, lemon rind. Very drinkable gear.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom. Pours crystal clear, pale yellow with a slight, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of lightly doughy, pale biscuits, minimal bitterness, cereal, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Reasonably clean finish. Simple and drinkable, as a helles ought to be.

Keg at the brewery taproom - Hoxton. Pours clear, deep brown with a small, foamy tan head. Light sweet flavour with notes of moderate roast, earth, cocoa, burnt rubber. Light bodied with average carbonation. Earthy finish, lightly ashy, some bitter cocoa. Easygoing. Not bad.
