Bottle, directly from brewery webshop. Color: Hazy lightly reddish golden, no head. aroma: Tart, funky, fruity, vinuous. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, bit vinuous, nice combination of fruity red wine and Sherry notes, subtle funky and oak wood. Light sweetness and very light bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Nicely balanced and nice complexity.

Pours an amber colour, mostly clear, and an off white head with a small layer retention. Aroma's: flowery hops, grassy, some malt. Retronasal it's flowery, jammy/fruit confit, sweetish. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Long finish with increasing bitterness. BBE 23/04/23, not sure how old this was.
