Bottle. Pale amber color. Vinous aroma, floral with a hint of oak. Light sour flavor. Berries, gummybears, floral notes, apple, grapes. Hint of vanilla. Complex indeed, though I can’t taste any rum.

Flesje gedeeld met familie. Orane-geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Aroma en smaak is hoppig en citrusachtig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986. Het is een donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een gebrande moutige en drop achtige geur. De smaak is dropachtig en koffie.

Bottle. Color: Hazy reddish amber, fast disappearing head. Aroma: Tart, fruity notes, subtle funk. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, moderate sweet and light bitterness. Fruity notes of red wine, red grapes, some stone fruit. Subtle tannins. I even think I get hints of strawberry, although I don't have a clue where they would come from. Don't get very much of the rum, I think there is some towards and at the finish. Subtle yet clearly present funk and wood. Medium body, below average carbonation. Wow, really nice one. Well balanced and nice complexity.

Draft at Oproer Biercafé. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat, lightly hoppy. Taste: Wheat malt, quite dense and smooth mouthfeel. Light yeasty hints. Moderate sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. Hoppy background. Medium body, below average carbonation. Bit foamy, creamy mouthfeel. Nice one.
