Bottle directly from the brewery. Color: Hazy orangish golden, thin white head. Aroma: Moderate sweet and sour, fruity stonefruit notes, Brett funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light to moderate sweet, malty, wheat, subtle yeast funk and fruity stonefruit and white berries. Some tannins and wood hints. Very light bitterness. Very well balanced. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty smooth and lighty sticky mouthfeel. Very nice.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish golden colour with small, frothy, fading white head. Tangy, slightly fruity and yeasty, funky aroma, wel hints of raspberry Taste is sour, minimally fruity, slightly yeasty, funky and somewhat papery, diluted hints of raspberry. Watery texture, astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Too sour, merely fruity - so-so.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit notes and hints of caramel. Taste: Quite a lot of hop with a malty background. Fruity, some floral hopnotes but mostly tropical like mango, passion fruit and a little pineapple. Sugary dried tropical fruit. Light hints of caramel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, over moderate to medium bitter. Nice hoppy finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, fast disappearing beige head. Aroma: Vanilla, cocoa, roasted malt. Taste: Very dense, bit oily mouthfeel. Quite smooth, oatmeal. Roasted malt, a lot of cocoa, vanilla. Licoice notes. Over moderate sweet combined with also over moderate hopbitterness. Full body, just below average carbonation. Probably one of the most dense beers I've ever had, result of a long brewing day I presume. Drinking with a spoon... :) Quite nice.
