Geprobeerd bij Uniek te Beek en Donk. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rood fruit. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en fruitig.

Bottle shared. Hazy dark golden with almost no head. Sour grains, oakz red wine, apricots, brown bread, rye. Over medium sour, medium sweet. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. OK.

Can 330ml (Hoptimaal) Hazy yellow-orange colour, small white head. Fruity aroma with some ... onion. Light-bodied. Orange, fruits, dry yeast flavours with sticky finish. Well, NEIPA went wrong... BB 03-2025 so 10 months old?

Can 330ml (Hoptimaal, BB 06/2024)
Dark orange-pale amber cloudy colour, steady white head. Blood grapefruit and dry yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Orange, citrus, passion fruit in the flavour. Malty but easy for its ABV. Aroma is a bit musty, probably it is 7 months old can. Tolerable.

(Draught at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 11 Aug 2023) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, orange peel and rye bread. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, rye bread, tropical fruit and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy reddish golden, very thin off-white head. Aroma: Tart, red wine. Taste: Over moderate tart, fruity grape and stone fruit, some pineapple and green apple, oak wood and tannins. Vinuous. Medium body, low carbonation. Well balanced. Another nice Oproer Ruig wild beer.

Bottle. Hazy deep reddish purple. Tons of cherries, sweet wheat, sour lactic and funk, cinnamon, marzipan, mint, light grassy, lemon balm. Medium sweet and sour. Over medium bodied. Good!
