A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, grassy and pinhey hops, honey and fruity esters. In mouth, an unbalanced ale, lacking in malt to sustain the hops, nothing special, disappointing. On tap at brewpub, April 4, 2010.

A red copper lager with almost no head. In aroma, oak barrel dust and grape must. In mouth, a dry sweetish candy sugar with pleasant oaken notes, musty and woody. On tap at brewpub, April 4, 2010.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a very thin whiite head. A pleasant aroma of subdued white pepper, with honey, and coriander. In mouth, a nice peppery saison with light peppeer burn, smooth, a bit thin but overall very good. A good summer quaffer. On tap at brewpub, April 4, 2010.

A deep ruby red to brown ale with a thin creamy and lacing moka head. In aroma, a super fragrant hop with funky notes, blood oranges, almost meaty, pinhey, strange but good. In mouth, a delightful ale with good malts, pinhey and complex hops, very organic and funkey, fragrant, white grapefruits...a great b-day gift for Suzanne. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 28 2009.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin lacing brown head. In mouth, a sweet burned caramel, with light spices, cinnamon, and maple. In mouth, a good sweet chocolate malt with developping hops bitterness, roasted nuts, light ginger, quite nice, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 28 2009.

A nice translucent blonde to golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white. In aroma, a superb floral hops wafting over Belgian fruity esters, some papaya notes. Cask @ GBBF 2009. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty bourbo and vanilla flavor with hints of chocolate. Roasted malty woody bourbon flavor with hints of chocolate. Has a warming malty chocolate finish with hints of bourbon in the aftertaste.
