Hazy maple syrup brown with tan ringing head. Medium to full body with rich caramel and big barrel flavors of oak. Rich aroma, lots of phenol and medicine.

Very interesting and unique beer. Deep amber-brown color with taupe head dispersed across the top. Crisp and nice oad flavor that is well balanced. Full malt flavor with some sour tone on the finish.

Sunset orange with white head. The Brett is very funky and i actually get a lot of ketchup on the nose. I normally like beers with Brett but this just seems disjointed and I keep coming back to a spicy ketchup on both the nose and the palate. I hoped to like this more.

Crisp, soft without a lot of spicy hops. Clear whit head. A kolsch that could certainly be a nice session beer.

A dark reddish brown, mahogany ale with a thin lacing moka head. In aroma, licorice with light vinous notes, dark fruits, nice little hops. In mouth, a harsher drink than expected, with sweet butterscotch, grating hops, chocolate, interesting, but in the end, cloying. On tap at brewpub, April 4, 2010.
