Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large light dark beige foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt notes with some grainy notes with clear barrel notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of dry caramel malt notes with some grainy notes and strong barrel notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation and some warming alcohol notes. Not bad but barrel notes are almost overwhelming.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of wheat malt notes with light thyme notes is OK. Taste is a mix of thyme notes with some light citrus notes and some wheat malt notes. Body is somewhat full with good carbonation. A bit light on flavours but refreshing beer nonetheless.

Bottle: Poured an amber/burgundy color ale with a nice dirty beige color head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma light barrel-aged notes with some dry caramelized malt and toffee notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a great mix of caramelized malt with some toffee notes and some woody notes with light warming Cognac notes. Body is full with good carbonation and light alcohol notes. I liked the additional depth brought in by the barrel-aged notes.
