4th June 2010 - Bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Cloudy gold amber beer. Thick frothy white head. Light frothy palate. Yeasty malt, a little hop peeping through at the end. A little too dry and a little yeasty.

Bottle. Mild flowery hop aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is rather hoppy. OK aroma hop flavour, grapey, distinct bitterness, quite clean. Could have been more flavourful, but not bad.

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20 - thanks again to the very very nice man that is Alex!! Hazy amber brown beer. No real head. Lightdry palate. A little toffee malt, rich orange liquer flavours, a tiny bit bitter. Some dark bitter toffee in the finish. Different, tasty and very drinkable.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks MMM!). Slightly hazy pale golden colour a small white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is a bit spicy, some wheat as well as bready malts. Also some yeastyness is there. Flavour is wheat, some slight wooden notes, mild tartness as well as some bready and spicy notes. Quite balanced, but a bit thin palate.

Very weird ale. Nose and taste of Halls sore throat lozenges. It’s odd. I’m sure it has its niche fans, but I’m not one of them. Rated 8/25/08

Bottle 750ml.Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dusty, light coffee, chocolate notes. Flavor is heavy chocolate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100305]
