Liquide doré, bien effervescent et limpide.
Petite mousse semi crémeuse qui tient plus ou moins.
Entrée de bouche céréalière avec notes de maïs sucré.
Équilibre généralement malté et sucré avec une finale également sucrée sans beaucoup d’amertume.
Corps assez mince et effervescence au maximum.
Bière commerciale et sucrée sans beaucoup d’intérêt.

Small semi-creamy foam that more or less holds.

Commercial and sweet beer without much interest.

.5L bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light grain some grass hops. Taste is more of the grain corn grass, not much going on.

Can 350ml. @ home.[ As Kirin Ichiban (Ichiban Shibori) (一番搾り) ].[ Courtesy of Lars @ work from his China - North Korea trip ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, maybe some rice notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, light grass - flowers. A colleague kindly agreed to bring me a beer back from Hong Kong. He brought this can. Gold. Bubbly. Head starts off frothy but soon ebbed away. Very sweet aroma. Chemical hints. On the sickly side. Sweet and sour. Some bitterness in the finish. Some syrupy fruit but also an industrial chemical element. Light b bodies. Watery but slick. Fizzy carbonation. The finish leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Another crappy lager.
