Sloe Gin Cider from Broadoak Cider

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 04.06.22. Clear pale pink to orange. No head. Aroma and taste of forest berries, sweet plums, bitter cherry pits and cider. Quite nice.

Moonshine from Broadoak Cider

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 04.06.22. Clear as water with a hue of green. No head or lacing. Very moderate aroma. Taste of ethanol and sour apples.

Pheasant Plucker Cider from Broadoak Cider

Biab at the front Falmouth. A light hazed bright orange gold coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet and tart, spicy vinegar, bark. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, apple juice, brown sugars z light spice finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, sticky apple juice, mellow carbonation. Ok.

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 04.06.22. Deep golden. No head. Surprisingly fine taste of fresh mango juice with hints of bitter apples. Appropriately uncarbonated with a milky mouthfeel. Very quaffable.

Biab at the front Falmouth. A translucnet golden orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple, light spicy vinegar, brown sugars, bruised apple, tangy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, bruised apple, light spice, brown sugars. Decent. Palate is mellow carbonation light spice.

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 03.06.22. Colour of dirty water. No head. Aroma and taste of wine gum, with hints of artificial pear. Some chili in aftertaste, as well as more winegum.

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 02.06.22. Pale clear pink. No head or lacing. Aroma and taste of rhubarb pie with custard. Perhaps also some apple and wine gum. Appropriately uncarbonated.

On tap at Llandoger Trow Bristol. Clear gold some carbonation. Yep not bad. a touch of sourness. a touch pf stewed qpple fruit. some carbonation .again nott bad. not as good as thd Iford.

500ml bottle from Cider Hole, Sheffield. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is apple, fleshy fruit, tart, citric, slight sweet sugary hint, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, fairly dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bladder bag at the Royston, Broadstairs, 05/02/22. Pale golden with moderate white spotting. Nose is pear drop, apple orchard, light sugars, little in the way of a clue to the chilli. Taste comprises stewed pears, subtle chilli, tannins, wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad actually ... the chilli, whilst notable, is kept to a minimum.
