Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some dry wood, mild spices as well as some slight vanilla as well. Flavour is very similar, but much more dry than the aroma would let you expect. Refreshing cider after the "beer straight" at SA.

Bottle 275ml.Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood - horse blanket, fruity apples. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity, apples, farm yardm vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111126]

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color. The aroma is mostly on the apple side, lacking, fortunately, on the vinegar and acetone. Lightly acidic flavor, with apples doing most of the work. Some spiced hints and a touch of damp fields. Medium body, soft on the palate. Apples in the finish. A quite clean and pleasant cider. 111126

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is apples little acid and acetone. Flavour is apples, medium sweet, acetone, sour, dry and a little acid.

Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours clear pale yellow with bubbles on top. Tart and acidic nose and flavor. Thin and watery. A bit of apple. Lacks body and complexity.

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden cider. Aceton and vinegar on the nose, with a pleasant apple aroma. Some funky hens dropping hints. The flavor too is a bit acetonic for my likings, but the apple flavor is nice. Tart, dry and thin on the palate. Nice in many ways, but a bit unpleasant too. Not a favorite of mine. 111126
