Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque very pale yelow with lots of floaties and a tiny white head. Heavy acetone aroma pretty much overpowering the apple notes. Medium body, a little initial sweetness is quickly relieved by very tart apples and an acetic edge. A typical rustic British country cider. 261111

Bottle. An almost clear one, pale golden in color. Lightly vinegarish on the nose, with apples dominating. After a while there’s a solid dose of acetone. Vinegarish apple flavor, too unclean for me. Medium body fullness, dry and tart. Lots of vinegar and apples in the end. Well, not my preferred cider in any way. 111126

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is sweet pear with some mild tart wooden, fruity and mild vanillaish notes. Flavour is rather similar with also some vinegary notes to it. A bit thin as for the palate, so could do with a bit higher abv.

Bag in Box @ The Liberty Bonds, JDW, Tower Hill EC3. Pours a hazy yellow color with no head. Has a fruity slighty tart apple aroma. Fruity and slightly sweetish apple flavor. Has a sweetish fruity apple finish.

Unclear light yellow almost white colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, paint thinner, vinegar. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy acidic with a long duration, acetob - paint thinner, sweet pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111001]
