Can at home from and J and B Craft Drinks, 30th March 24. Pours a hazy, cloudy yellow orange. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus pith, taste is bittersweet, pithy, grapefruit, beautifully made and balanced, malts are integrated and the bitterness is long lived. Delicious

Canned, 473 ml, shared with Luka, Max, kajser27 and MiroB. Cloudy golden orange, white head. Resinous, grapefruit, nice lasting bitter finish, crazy drinkable for abv.

Side by side with an OG can one day apart. Pine resin with some sticky sweetness. Rich and smooth, with a definite triple mouthfeel and some slight booziness. LCI

Dark pour. Thick tan foam. Sweet vanilla with coffee flavor. Oak flavor is on the palate. Nice oak finish.

Can at the brewery, 3/15/24. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, dull brass. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Coconut, unripe pineapple and light floral lemongrass. But mostly coconut. Scant malt, clean, no resin or alcohol. Good and malty, honey and biscuit with excellent attenuation. Heavy, heavy coconut, like obnoxiously so. Wow, what a hop. Butter (not Diacetyl), pineapple, bit of fruity citrus and pine. Really, really well-structured beer. Not enamoured with all this coconut spice from the hop but it is what it is.

Gifted from a good friend. Thanks Autumn! Licorice, charred oak nose. Black, viscous, medium brown head. Tar, licorice. Full body, easy carbonation. Rich, unadulterated.

Batch 9 fresh can drunk 9/21/17. Mosaic version. Thoroughly hazy, bronze-golden. Frothy white head shows moderate retention. Big bursts of juicy nectarine and mango showcase the best aspects of this hop while leaving out the worst, pine, grapefruit rind, heavy resin. Malt behind it is crackery, lightly honey-like, mostly sparse. No alcohol or flaw. Very fresh, green, spicy and aromatic. Malty, dry, juicy and lightly bitter, more yellow, tropical-tinged fruits leading to a leafty, vegetal, fairly lush, juicy finish that shows little/no pine/resin. Soft texture, low but engaging carbonation. No alcohol or flaw. Mosaic isn't often done well, and it's a shame because it's wonderful when it is.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is bread, cracker, tropical fruit, citrus. Flavors follow--very bready, with lots of cracker/cereal. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.
