Fairly clean, amber colour with a frothy light-beige head, average retention and some light lace spots. Dates, caramel malts, mild nuttiness for aromas. The mouthfeel is not too thick, and the hops in the finish cuts this with enough dryness. The flavours are a nice mix of the darker malts with dark fruits note and the herbal hoppiness. An easier-drinking Doppelbock that hits the spot.

Ran into this gem at the store. Didn't realize I could find it in CO!
Per demand of the brewer, I drank out of the can. Definitely get the hop aromas in that one! Hoppy. Smooth. Highly drinkable. Quality brew!

Hazy with a tall white head. Fresh and bright and full of citrus and resin notes. Medium bodied. Long bitter finish. This lives up to its reputation.

Plechovka. Dostala sa mi do ruky táto plechovica a veľmi ďakujem dotyčnej osobe, že ma s nou takto potešila. Nie som moc dobrý v hodnotení piva skôr to beriem tak štatistický aby som vedel co som vypil. Bol by hriech sa trosku nerozpisat. Toto pivo nemalo žiadnu vadu. Este teraz po desiatich minútach dopitia piva mam príjemný chmelovy pocit v ústach. V pive boli krásne vyvážené citrusové tony s horkostou. Farba pekná zlatista kalnejsia ako sa na pasterizovane nefiltrovane pivo patrí. Musel som aj manželke trosku naliať do pohára nech okostuje takže pekná biela hustá pena. Ja som pekne dopil z plechovky ako je odporúčané.
