Description
Five barrel independent micro brewery creating flavourful beers in the Aire Valley. Bingley Brewery is a small family run brewery with a brewhouse. The brewery is located in a rural setting in the village of Wilsden, part
of Bingley Rural Ward.

Started cuckoo brewing / gypsy brewing: paying other brewers to use their equipment at Brewlab a local pub before starting the brewery in 2014, brewing its first commercial beer in June of that year. A brew-house that produces 6 Brewers Barrels, or just short of a 1000 litres. Most of their beers are brewed to a traditional style by traditional methods but the recent introduction of exciting flavourful hops has elevated a number of their new brews.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, light lemon lime citrus, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Calderdale Beer Festival 2019, Halifax. Extremely dark red with its strength obvious in the ale. The Black IPA styling maintains a decent dark malt fruitiness, albeit a low fruitiness, and its barrel ageing is not that obvious to me compared to the original version which I've previously sampled.
