Unit 2, Old Mill Yard, Shay Lane, Wilsden, BD 15 0DR, England
Description
Five barrel independent micro brewery creating flavourful beers in the Aire Valley. Bingley Brewery is a small family run brewery with a brewhouse. The brewery is located in a rural setting in the village of Wilsden, part
of Bingley Rural Ward.
Started cuckoo brewing / gypsy brewing: paying other brewers to use their equipment at Brewlab a local pub before starting the brewery in 2014, brewing its first commercial beer in June of that year. A brew-house that produces 6 Brewers Barrels, or just short of a 1000 litres. Most of their beers are brewed to a traditional style by traditional methods but the recent introduction of exciting flavourful hops has elevated a number of their new brews.

2026 Skipton Beer Festival #6. Strength-infused hoppy beer with lots of body. Amber-coloured glowing brew that's not the best choice on the hottest day of the year so far, but is a palatable festival third.

On cask at Ainsbury Tap, Bradford - Hazy gold body, thin white head. Slight nose of mango in the hops, not much, taste a little more raw. Rather dull effort.

Cask @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Amber-brown with a thick frothy head. Hoppy dark brew but a bit on the bland side. It does maintain a slightly darker malt taste but flavours are few and far between.

Skipton Beer Festival 2024. Hazy deeper and slightly darker golden colour. Tropical fruit notes are more than evident in both aroma and taste, which are very mildly stewed. Its strength is apparent too.
