Description
Five barrel independent micro brewery creating flavourful beers in the Aire Valley. Bingley Brewery is a small family run brewery with a brewhouse. The brewery is located in a rural setting in the village of Wilsden, part
of Bingley Rural Ward.

Started cuckoo brewing / gypsy brewing: paying other brewers to use their equipment at Brewlab a local pub before starting the brewery in 2014, brewing its first commercial beer in June of that year. A brew-house that produces 6 Brewers Barrels, or just short of a 1000 litres. Most of their beers are brewed to a traditional style by traditional methods but the recent introduction of exciting flavourful hops has elevated a number of their new brews.

Bradford Beer Festival 2024. Clear amber-brown, with perhaps the latter a little more evident. There's a robustness to its malts despite a light 'Brown Ale' styling, making the brew quite tasty, with a full body. Some caramels evident.

Cask at Bradford CAMRA Beer Festival. POurs clear pale straw with white foam. Pale malts, light citrus nose. Very dry taste, light to moderate bitter finish. Not much of an NZ hop vibe tbh
