Unit 2, Old Mill Yard, Shay Lane, Wilsden, BD 15 0DR, England
Description
Five barrel independent micro brewery creating flavourful beers in the Aire Valley. Bingley Brewery is a small family run brewery with a brewhouse. The brewery is located in a rural setting in the village of Wilsden, part
of Bingley Rural Ward.
Started cuckoo brewing / gypsy brewing: paying other brewers to use their equipment at Brewlab a local pub before starting the brewery in 2014, brewing its first commercial beer in June of that year. A brew-house that produces 6 Brewers Barrels, or just short of a 1000 litres. Most of their beers are brewed to a traditional style by traditional methods but the recent introduction of exciting flavourful hops has elevated a number of their new brews.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Strongish, but not too much of a factor in its taste, with a smoothish and lighter tropical fruitiness dominating its character. Golden with a creamy head.

Cask @ Dirty Dicks, Halifax. Deep golden with a smooth head. It has a nice smoothness too but an ugly stewed fruit bitterness that lingers. The beer clearly wasn’t kept well though.
