Bottle at home in London. Pours perfectly clear, rich gold with a modest, frothy white head. The aroma carries lots of pithy citrus, some grapefruit and orange, dashes of drying pine. Medium sweet flavor, some dry minerals, ripened citrus fruits, some stone fruits, mild piney resins, hints of alcohol. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nice and restrained resinous pine in the finish, a bit more ripe citrus, a bit of earthy citrus rind, orange, some grapefruit, light sticky grass. Pretty solid depth and balance all around.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Utobeer. Pours lightly hazy yellow, highly effervescent, with a sizeable, tight white froth head. Plenty of lacto tang in the aroma, suggestions of sour lemon. Light sweet flavor with quick, sharp sourness, light citrusy lemon tang, background wheat. Light bodied with lively, cloudy-like carbonation. Brisk sour wheat finish, further citric lemon bite, some biscuits, subtle salty kick. Great stuff overall. Quite fresh and quenching.

Danke an Scopey. Trocken säuerlicher Antrunk mit dezenten Fruchtnoten, wenig Limette. Die Intensität lässt schnell nach, das Aroma ist noch angenehm ändert relativ schwach, zum Ende noch einmal kraftloser, minimale Säure. 11/11/13/9//10

Bottle at home in London, picked up at Utobeer. Pours mostly clear, pale yellow with a billowing, fluffy white head. Lovely, mellow wheat in the nose, suggestions of lemon and orange citrus, slight hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with some doughy wheat, light straw bitterness, restrained citrus. Light bodied with light, massaging and mouth-filling carbonation. Clean finish, very lightly bitter with lemon peel and straw, light doughy sweetness, some further wheat. Wonderful. To me, this is a quintessential saison. I could drink buckets of this beer.

Opaque black - brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is viscous and soft, semi dry. Creamy dark malt with mellow coffee and traces of roast and lactose. There is a sweet fruity note in the undertone, touch of tinned mango. Semi dry finish with mild malty linger. Not bad!

Bottle at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell. It pours cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is lime cheesecake, wheat, biscuit and a touch of white grape. The taste is initial tart lemon, lime cheesecake, wheat, lime cordial and some acidity with a dry, lightly tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit one-dimensional, but I can see cheesecake lovers enjoying this one!
