Yorkshire Heart Brewery was established in 2011 at Nun Monkton, near York. Our twelve-barrel plant and bottling line is situated just up the road from the Yorkshire Heart vineyard, managed by Tim Spakouskas.
The brewery has gone from strength to strength since it was established, with a fantastic team who are passionate about producing quality, easy drinking craft beers. We only use the best malts and hops from reputable suppliers from Yorkshire.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Gluten Free. Dark brown colour with reddish tinge, bubbly beige foam head and aroma of malt, roasty, ash, earth. Taste is sweet, malty, roasted, dried fruits, chocolate, coffee, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roast bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at Darlington Snooker Club. Gluten Free. Dark brown colour, thin beige foam head and aroma of malt, roasty. Taste is malty, roasted, chocolate, nutty with low bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty mild finish. Quite drinkable.

Nose is pale malts, grass, citric tinged straw, lemon rind, melon.
Taste comprises bread dough, grass, orange peel, soft malts.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hoppy bitterness.
Tidy enough cask pale.

Still no snowstorms yet this winter, no snow at all despite living in the Pennines. Session golden coloured golden style ale, nice water, easy strength, very good-looking.

Cask at the Bridge, Kingswinford. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is light fruit cake spice and straw. Taste has orange and light spice. Slightly sticky.
