Handpull cask at the King's Head, Leicester. Dark, brownish gold. Murky with a small loose off-white head. Sweet, floral aroma with light tropical fruits, linen, persimmon. Taste is a bit muddled with a tongue-coating malty sweetness along with some jammy fruit hops. Medium body, little carbonation. Pretty good all on all.

Cask at Wellington, Brum. Clear gold. Frothy foamy off-white head. Aroma has fruit and caramel. Light sherbert. But low key. Flavourwise it has tangy sherbert citrus with doughy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable.
