375ml can into shaker. LOVE the way the can opens like a baked bean tin. Looks like caramel sauce with a big creamy head. Earthy, piney, citric nose. Body is light but zingy. Finish is watermelon, grapefruit, orange peel. A bit watery but excellent flavours for a mid-strength.

Australia Day beer #4. 375ml can into shaker. Faint herby floral nose. Hazy pale amber beer with thin white head. Steady stream of bubbles. Medium body, easy drinking.. Floral hops, malt background, a little sourness at the end. Nailed the style! Good Kolsch.

Cloudy amber with a thick head. Has a nice earthy aroma...German hops but unique usage. Earthy taste, mellow bitterness...smoky...different.

Can. Golden amber with a white head. Bright mandarin and passionfruit aroma with some bread crust, pepper and lemon blossoms. Pretty thin (although OK for 3.5%), carbonation is rather too high for me for this sort of thing. A little bread and hay, quite zesty citrus, some tropical fruit. Dry at the moderately bitter finish.
