Can at home, 06/05/18. Golden with a pinkish hue topped with a very faint crimson head of bubbles. Nose is grassy, stale bread, grains, faint cherry sherbets. Taste comprises mild cherry cough drops, balsa wood, straw, grains, faint lactic tang, red berry snap. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a very restrained acidic nip. Was actually quite refreshing on a hot summers evening but lacked depth and imagination ... low end sour.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly white head. Light and semi dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Thin and mildly sweet malts. Overarching piney hop. A little tangy orange peel. Trace of tangerine. Light semi dry finish. Fairly drinkable.
