Serious Brewing Company is a 6 barrel capacity brewery in Rochdale. The brewery was founded in 2015 by husband and wife Ken and Jenny Lynch. Consitency and quality are at the heart of everything that Serious Brewing Company is about from the brewing equipment to the choice of ingredients.

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Deep amber with a thin head. Has a sugary-fruitiness in its nose with a mild sweetened fruitiness in taste, within an easy-drinking sessionable texture.

Peoples History Museum Beer Festival 2016. Yellow-blonde coloured ale. Hoppy with a light easy-drinking texture. There’s some sweetness in its nose.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Black with a small off-white creamy head. Has an easy-drinking texture with as good roasted malt aroma and taste, that’s not overly stated.
