On tap at the brewery taproom. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, citrusy and whiff of alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, citrusy, light juicy and notes of grapefruit with mild alcohol in the finish.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Black coloured, medium sized beige head, hoppy amd mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, citrusy, hoppy, touch of smoke and light piney with bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: chill haze mango orangey color with a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: smells like mango salsa with a peppery/spicy heat to it and a super light touch of lime zest
Flavor: basically the same as the aroma - sweet, spicy and a subtle nick of salty savoriness; finishes somewhat spicy with mango-ish sweet tones
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium bodied; between being a sipper and sessionable as the spice seems to pummel any saltiness or zesty character that could have enacted some "drying effects," or any tart or sour qualities on the tongue; good carb level
Overall: though I may have not seen much sour and/or tart qualities to this beer but it's brewed well enough to possibly be a "spiced beer" instead and that is why I would return to this beer.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Opaque light orange with small white head. Aroma is lemon, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is sour lemon and tart peach.

Aroma shows caramel, coffee, chocolate, dry roasted malt. Flavor of deeper roasted tones, soft chocolate, mild caramel, and roast. Nicely dry on the palate, mellow carbonation. Good body for the gravity.

Can from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Deeply hazy, yellow-orange, nice sparkle, decent head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, pineapple and late watermelon. Taste is strong pineapple, watermelon and citrus, late papaya and cracker. Smooth, silky texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Have had many Fugus before now but finally get a crack at the original! Love the watermelon aspect of this!

Can (3/2/26) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Hazy, dark yellow, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is passion fruit, berry, late mango, faint herb. Taste is berry, passion fruit, malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nothing objectionable here but aroma and taste are a bit muted. After a great run of Tox beers, this breaks the string for me.

16 oz can. Aroma of roasted malt showing soft roasted coffee and pine hops. Good flavor of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Hops provide the pine and herbal notes that you would expect in the style. Thankfully, no resin or pine needles. The pine is not obnoxious or in your face. Soft carbonation with a smooth texture. I love the style and done properly.
