Can (2/20/26) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Deeply hazy, dark yellow, thin head fading to a ring, trace lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit, lemony citrus, candied melon. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Strong aroma and flavor, especially for ABV.

16 ounce can. Shows a lightly hazy golden appearance.
Aroma is soft bread, mild yeast. Flavor is mild honey-ish and bready malt. Very subtle non-descriptive hop for balance. Body is light (as it should be). Crisp texture and ends clean. Very good for the pale lager style.

4 oz draft. Aroma definitely has some fuzzy peach. And mild lemons. The flavor is quite impressive. It really does taste like lemonade with a very mild tart finish. It certainly is as advertised.
Not overly tart. If drinking a full pint, the tartness could stack up. Hints of peach in the finish. Tasty.

16 oz draft. Aroma is mild black pepper and soft white grape. Flavor has a very soft passionfruit note on top of white grape and mild herb bitterness. Good amount of juicy fruit that ends on white grape.
A little bit thin in texture but is is easy drinking.

16 oz draft. Aroma is soft clove and mild banana. Flavor follows with a decent malted wheat background. The yeast Esther’s are not overbearing. Medium in body. A very soft, light German Hefeweizen.

16 oz draft in a dimpled mug. Aroma and flavor are a carbon copy. Rich coffee hints with mild roasted malt and a very soft hop bitterness. Exceptionally well balanced. Rich malt profile.

Can (12/18/25) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Cloudy, milky yellow, tons of sparkle, thick head with excellent retention and nice sudsy lacing. Aroma is strong white grape, musty herb. Taste is strong white grape, dank herb, melon, sweet malt. Smooth, somewhat watery texture, soft carbonation, mostly herbal/malty finish. Taste and appearance are great. Aroma a bit simple and texture too watery.

Can (2/13/26) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. (Unfortunately, didn't see that top of can was damaged and allowed some beer to escape--and meaning some air to get in. Who knows for how long?) Opaque, pale milky yellow, light sparkle, large head with excellent retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong musky cooking herb, white grape, citrus and pilsner malt and wheat, as advertised. Taste is more white grape forward than aroma but other elements are here as well. Smooth, creamy, thick texture, average carbonation, yeasty, dry, crisp finish. Guess it wasn't irrevocably damaged after all! This is really good. Good strength and balanced complexity. These guys are consistently knocking things out of the park and deserve to be thought of as one of the top breweries in the state.

Can shared by Steve. Hazy, pale honey brown, nice sparkle, thin head, quickly fading, light lacing. Aroma is strong European malts, earthy, mild hoppy spice. Taste mirrors aroma, with addition of light fruit and vague nuts. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. I'm not in love with the malts nor the Noble-like qualities of the hops. Spiciness, fruit and vague nuts are interesting nuances.
