Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a clear deep brown with anear white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread and straw notes with a hint of cognac and swee grains. Flavor has swey grains and toffee with a bit of toffee and cognac.

Shared at Ale Alpharetta. Dark, ruby brown, with a bubbly, beige head. The aroma is butter toffee, a little tobacco, cardamom, and milk chocolate. Very sweet, with a strong savory spice. Heavy body, grainy, thick, and pleasantly sharp. This is a strong and interesting beer.

On tap at Hopjacks. Pours a cloudy brown with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is roast and dark chocolate. Thin mouth, light roast, chocolate, vanilla, light bitterness, good.

Lovely dark amber color with a bit tan head. Looks really inviting. Dried fruits, some yeast, toffee, plums and raisins in the aroma. Medium + body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation. Plums, dried fruits, toffee, yeast and raisins in the flavor. A bit to much yeast.

Not a Heller Bock. Dunkler Bock is what this is. Clear, deep mahogany body that throws up a huge tan head. Lots of molasses, and brown sugar aroma. The flavor is sweet and nutty. All malt here, no hops anywhere as it should be. Bock on Ms Baker whoever you are.

Can. Orange juice, malt , and orange peel/pine aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with nice off-white head. Sweet candied sugar/orange toffee malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/quinine flavor. Good body. A bit rough. Here’s to Sam and Ham plus Albert II - the first primate in space.
