Can. The full bucket full of sand with a head that's soon a coat. Thai fruit market aroma with sweet (passionfruit) acid (pineapple, lime) and underripe (mango) fruit. Smooth texture, lowish carbonation. Very fruity indeed, with bitterness and astringency that somewhat masks the coating feel that lurks underneath. I like how the fruitiness sharpens towards the bitter finish - the blend of hops is good, but I wanted something less like fruit juice.

15th October 2017
Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, touch of sweetness. Light pine hop. Thin fresh orange, traces of orange pith and grapefruit. Light dry crisp finish. Clean, but like so many SIPAs, I just feel short changed.

Bottle 330ml. Black, with tan head and good lacing. Aromat is full of chocolate and sweet liqueur notes, intense and very, very nice. There are also note of dark fruits like dried plum what suggests notes of oxidation. Medium to high, roast bitternes is long, aggresive like should be in RIS, balanced by malty, chocolate body gives very good flavor. Beer is bitter, roasty at the beginning and sweet in aftertaste. Full body, smooth, lightly carbonated,

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a frothy short-lived white head. The aroma is malt, yeasty tropical citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a light, yeasty, citrus fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice... and the Citra comes through, but not great.
