At MBCT. Pasteur Street Cyclo Imperial Stout 13% Nice mesquite Smokey type aroma with a full body and roasty chocolate flavor. Wonderful stuff.

Tap at MBCT 2019. A pretty average beer with a rough Brett character. Had promise but wasn’t is a good place which is common with Brett beers.

Intense soured plums. Cloudy dirty gold with a small white head. Soured fruit and an earthy note. Dragon fruit is hard to work with so no surprise this isn’t executed well.

Tap at Pasteur Street, Hoi An. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with little life. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, cardboard, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, watery, light herbal, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Pasteur Street, Hoi An. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is malt, light treacle, light red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a rich, malt, mineral, earthy, leather, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Passion fruit, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy yellow with minimal head. Lightly sweet passion fruit, wheat malt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. Decent fruited wheat ale.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, rich, grainy, wheaty, creamy coconut, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
