Cask @ 3 Judges. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweat, hops, some malts. Flavour is hoppy, malty and fruity. Bitter and slightly dry. Cask @ Bow Bar. Lots of caramel.

Cask, handpump at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 13-01-10 Pours dark brown with a light beige filmy head. Nice roastyness, some chocolate but its the thrusting bitterness that grabs you by the gonads when you least expect it. Cracking beer, with nice citrus, pithy bitterness that licks across the roof and back of the mouth. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask @ GBBF 2009. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus and some weak hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish.

Gravity cask at the Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London on 18th November 2009. Solid black with off white head that lasts to halfway down glass. Strong citric taste is prevalent, under which roast malt aromas poke through. Dryish finish; some vanilla notes and a touch of spiciness. Good stout.

Cask @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, earth, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20090805]
