Description
Since opening in 2007 Leeds Brewery have developed a range of outstandingly flavourful and incredibly drinkable beers. We believe that our selection of products offers something for all tastes, and at the heart of everything we do our core philosophy is to create consistent and high quality pints that deliver for publicans and drinkers time after time.

In 2022 the Leeds Brewery entered administration, all brands sold to Kirkstall Brewery and production moved there.

33cl bottle. Thin white head. Clear light amber pour. Nice bitterness. Pretty good.

Tried at the Head of Steam Liverpool. Deep ruby colour with a thick tan head. Aroma light chocolate malty, taste slight dry, slight thin body.

Cask pint at Duke of York. Dark golden with cap of creamy head. Smooth, inviting malty aroma. Taste carries the malts forwards and adds a healthy dose of hop bitterness. Creamy and smooth, near perfect bitter.

cask at the head of steam dark brown, smooth light brown head. mild slightly roadted malty aroma. flavor is roasted malty dry sligtly salty a bit like a guinness but this one is .ore complex. also fai t fai t dried dark fruits

Bottle from Sainsburys. Amber pour with ring of bubbly head. Malty aroma, leather. Taste too is mostly malty, bitter and sweet. Some tannic flavors.

Bottle. Home Bargains. 4.6%. Clear, copper colour. Frothy and lasting, off white head. Nose has butterscotch. Stewed and strained, tea leaf hop. Taste is sweet and buttery. Heavy mouthfeel. Harsh, stewed hop bitterness to finish. Horrible.

Cask at the Claytons Hotel, Leeds. Pours gold with a medium head. Aroma is eggy straw. Taste has straw and stone. A little watery.

Keg at 4.1% at the Claytons Hotel, Leeds. Pours dark gold with a medium head. Aroma is sherbet and caramel. Taste is bitter and grassy with some caramel.

Bottle. Nose is lemon zest, yeast, biscuit. Taste is biscuit, light hops, cracker,lemon. Mouthfeel is slick. It's a fine traditional British blonde. Prefer the tea.
