Bottle from the brewery – Pours a clear deep dark brown colour with a large frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malts, caramel and a mineral tang. A sweetish taste, well roasted malts, bitter chocolate, caramel flavours with a burnt woody bitterness and a warming alcohol finish. Medium bodied, lively carbonation.

Can from Tesco and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy gold orange colour lasting white head. Big juicy tropical fruit aroma. I mean really big tropical fruit aroma. Some fruit juice acid sourness on the finish. I mean just a bit too sour to be totally drinkable. Very puckering on the gums certainly. Good fruit juice though.

Can picked up from Tesco and had this at home Sunday 28th October 2018 whilst cooking Shepherds Pie with Ndjua and also some Seafood Lasagne Pours hazy yellow/gold with a white head, frizzy bitter, buzzy bite, good. Passion fruit seems to creep into quite a lot of beers these days, in fact it works well and adds a nice tart, tanginess. Juicy, pleasant beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5
